Since 2021, Dr. Navas K.M. has been serving as the Chairman of KMCT Group of Institutions, a leading group of educational and healthcare institutions in Kerala. With a visionary approach that extends beyond the horizon, Dr. Navas aims to establish KMCT as a knowledge-based educational and healthcare hub, significantly contributing to the economic growth of our country. His mission is to bring world-class education and healthcare within reach of the people of the nation, driving him to explore every possibility to achieve this goal.

Under his leadership, KMCT Group of Institutions is achieving prestigious accreditations and recognitions from bodies like NAAC, NABH, and NBA, with more institutions on the path to similar achievements. Dr. Navas has also served in various organisations, contributing to charitable and developmental activities. He was the past president of the Kerala Private Medical College Management Association (KPMCMA) and is actively involved in associations related to his group, influencing policy decisions at local, state, and national levels.

He is also a member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), EPSI (Education Promotion Society for India), KMTC (Kerala Medical Technology Consortium), CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), and CMA (Calicut Management Association).
